Personal Career Development Plan (Marie Curie Actions)
A Personal Career Development Plan is established by the researcher and the scientist in charge of supervising his/her research training activities.
It is established at the time of appointment and indicates:
- training and transfer of knowledge needs
- scientific objectives and measures to meet them
- description of research training activities
- a final report on how the objectives have been met
